Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VeraLedger's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use VeraLedger's services for personal and commercial accounting purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

User Responsibilities

As a user of VeraLedger, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial data you input
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the service for any unlawful purposes

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VeraLedger or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
